Tropical cornucopia for our little lesbian princess

Tropical cornucopia for our little lesbian princess

Two girls in love who got a little manic at the farmer’s market and bought more than they needed. But it’s fun to explore and try new foods!

From right to left: mangosteen (which is different from mango), dragonfruit, papaya (with a bunch of bananas in the background), and another mangosteen. The item our intrepid chef is holding is broccoli romanesco, a lime-green cauliflower made out of fractals.

(Characters by Shira Glassman; drawing by Mina V.; inked/colored by Jane Dominguez. Read about these lovely women in The Second Mango, about a gay woman–pictured here on the right–a straight woman, and a dragon, available from Prizm Books and Amazon Kindle as eBooks, and in print pre-ordered from Wild Iris Books.)
